Key Responsibilities
* Perform bank reconciliations for a large company with multiple operating accounts.
* Prepare and submit VAT reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Track and record fixed assets and development expenditures, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
* Manage accounts payable efficiently, including vendor relationships and payment processing.
* Assist with the preparation of month-end group reporting, providing timely and accurate financial insights.
* Provide ad-hoc support to existing finance team roles, helping to drive business growth and success.
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects, identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
* Collaborate with external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and maintain a strong control environment.
Candidate Profile
* Possess a third-level accounting qualification, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
* Demonstrate excellent planning and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
* Showcase advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
* Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team, fostering strong relationships and communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels.
The salary is based on experience and ranges from €25,000 to €35,000. Additional benefits, including health care and pension plans, are offered after completion of the probation period.
