Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
* Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.
* Safety and Compliance: Prioritize safety, conduct safety Gembas, and ensure adherence to EHS standards and regulations.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a similar role within a GMP Environment.
* Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements relating to this role.
* Comprehensive understanding of the principles of contamination control and regulatory expectations for aseptic processing.
* Technical background in pharmaceutical, biologics, or similar industries.
Qualifications:
BSc Level 8 in relevant discipline (Science, Engineering)
