Key Job Responsibilities Manage and train a team of kitchen staff, ensuring everyone is aware of their responsibilities and performs them in a timely and efficient manner.
Partner with other chefs to create and develop menus, ensuring that dishes are both visually appealing and delicious.
Manage stock and ordering to ensure that all necessary supplies, ingredients, and equipment are always available.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring that they are motivated, skilled, and knowledgeable.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure the highest standards of Health and Safety and HACCP are maintained The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Sous Chef/Senior Sous Chef or similar role with high volume Experience Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a team and work well under pressure Attention to detail and commitment to quality Relevant culinary qualifications A passion for food and a desire to constantly innovate and develop new dishes Why Work with us?
