Job Requisition ID #25WD86563Position Overview Autodesk Customer Technical Success organization is seeking a talented and dynamic embedded service engineer to boost customer trust in our solutions by expediting the resolution of customer issues through swift triage and resolution, building alert, telemetry systems, and dashboards to accelerate issue detection and mitigation.This individual will work with the Product Insights & Diagnostics team to triage customer technical issues and develop cloud-based runbook support automations. ResponsibilitiesTriage incoming support tickets for Autodesk productsAct as the customer liaison with engineering teamResearch, verify, and document product defectsBoost customer trust in our solutions by expediting the resolution of escalated customer challenges through swifter triage and issue resolutionDemonstrate excellence in software troubleshooting, and diagnosing difficult to reproduce issuesLead initiatives to enhance process efficiency, customer satisfaction by developing automationsBuild and maintain a collection of service automation runbooks that can be run from the cloudBuild alert and telemetry systems to accelerate issue detection and mitigationCreate documentation as appropriate for the automations developedEnsure high quality deliverablesAbility to work independently and/or guide other team members to meet deadlinesMinimum Qualifications4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering, computer science, or a related degreeMinimum 6 years of experience in the architecture or manufacturing domainStrong skills in Azure, AWS, or similar cloud providersExperience with networks, cloud APIs (REST & GraphQL), Single Sign-OnWorking experience writing production script-based automations using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languagesExperience in Agile Software Development practices and tools (such as Jira, Kanban.
