Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our
ITManaged Services team.
This role is pivotal in maintaining and growing our client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within client organisations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Understand clients business goals,
ITenvironments, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
Act as a client advocate within the organization to ensure needs are met.
Account Growth:
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional
ITmanaged services, hardware, and software solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions that align with client objectives.
Drive contract renewals and expansions to meet or exceed sales targets.
Service Delivery Oversight:
Monitor service performance and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Work with technical teams to address and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
Facilitate regular client review meetings to discuss performance metrics, updates, and upcoming needs.
Strategic Planning and Reporting:
Develop account management plans for key clients, detailing growth strategies and action plans.
Provide regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and revenue forecasts.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to provide insights to clients and the company.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role within the
ITindustry.
Strong understanding of
ITmanaged services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure support.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred:
Experience with CRM software and account management tools.
Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or related
ITdisciplines.
Demonstrated ability to grow revenue within existing accounts.
