Full Time Senior Bar Person / Waiting staff required to join our friendly dynamic team.
Reporting to Food & Beverage Management and Supervisors
Primary Objective: A Senior Bar Person will oversee a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests and customers in our Bar, Restaurant and Function rooms.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure a good working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus and be willing and able to make recommendations.
2. Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
3. To up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
4. Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times.
5. Key Holder responsibilities including opening and closing duties.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience (full time) in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
2. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
3. Must be flexible between all Food and Beverage Services.
4. Must be flexible in terms of days and evenings.
5. Be a great team player.
6. Excellent English.
