Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to support and audit hardware, systems, applications, and environments for our client’s business units. We are looking for a team to focus on and support security audit to prepare, audit and ensure success.
Project Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of Jira or similar project management tools across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in streamlining workflows, enhancing team collaboration, and enabling efficient project tracking. With a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, you will guide cross-functional teams through the adoption process and ensure the tools align with business needs.
Responsibilities
Tool Implementation and Customization:
1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of Jira or similar tools.
2. Customize workflows, templates, and reporting features to meet the needs of diverse teams.
3. Ensure seamless integration with other tools and systems (e.g., Confluence, Slack, or CRM platforms).
Project Management And Planning:
1. Develop and manage a detailed project plan for the tool implementation.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define success metrics.
3. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Training And Change Management:
1. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to onboard users effectively.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for tool-related queries and troubleshooting.
3. Promote adoption across teams by demonstrating the value of the new system.
Optimization And Reporting:
1. Continuously refine workflows and processes for optimal efficiency.
2. Develop dashboards and reporting capabilities to track progress and project outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience in managing software or tool implementations (experience with Jira preferred).
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Familiarity with integration tools and systems (e.g., APIs, Atlassian suite).
5. Experience in training teams and driving adoption of new tools.
