Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead the maintenance programme at their Ashbourne, Co. Meath facility.
This is a key role reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, responsible for ensuring world-class maintenance and reliability across production systems.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule maintenance activities to maximise uptime and efficiency.
Oversee a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring objectives and expectations are met.
Utilise CMMS (Maximo) to optimise maintenance processes and reporting.
Drive improvements in maintenance effectiveness, including preventive strategies, parts inventory management, and data analysis.
Manage contractors and ensure all external work is completed to the required standards.
Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
Analyse maintenance metrics to reduce costs and enhance reliability.
What You Need: Minimum 5 years ' experience in a maintenance planning/scheduling role within an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, production maintenance, and site facilities management.
Third-level qualification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent training.
Proven experience leading teams and driving maintenance performance.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
