We are working alongside a leading service provider to the construction, hospitality and manufacturing industries to fill a Sales and Business Development Specialist role. This position focuses on securing new business, expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in Dublin and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Seeking New Business: Identify and target potential clients in key sectors such as Hospitality, Construction, Facility Management, Industrial, and Manufacturing.
* Building Strong Client Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with businesses to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Confidently approach potential clients to introduce our services and generate new sales opportunities.
* Driving Revenue Growth: Convert leads into contracts, contribute to business expansion, and hit sales targets.
* Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with operations, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maximize opportunities.
Requirements:
* Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in service-based industries.
