Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Process, allocate and reconciliation of all six Insurance cheques for the month to be completed for month endReconcile under pays, over pays and part pay accountsProcessing, collating and submission of an average of 800 Sports Medicine claim forms per month, ensuring all sections are filled out adequately and signed by the patientMatching and cross checking that all details on the hospital invoice and professional invoices matchMatching and cross checking that all medical details on side 1 and side 2 of the claim form matchTimely submission of bi-monthly and monthly completed claimsLiaising with various departments to solve queriesCommunicating with patients to verify relevant information to solve queries and get missing information for submissionsReviewing claim submissions and verifying the informationFollow up on outstanding claim forms – missing and unsigned claim formsEnsuring claims are billed correctly and rebilling when necessaryLiaising with relevant departments/billings companies regarding outstanding paperworkProvide cover on the credit control team as requestedQualifications & Experience:At least 3 years Finance experience essential.
