Ideal Candidate
* The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong track record of achievement in a fast-moving warehousing/production/logistics related environment and be both financially and commercially astute.
* You must also be a good “people person” with previous experience leading a small team of colleagues on shift work.
* Understand processes, be logical and a systematic problem solver who will develop and implement new initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
* Highly adaptable and able to prioritise involvement in a varied range of tasks to meet tight deadlines.

* Maximising the service, cost, and quality performance of your shift by continually reviewing and improving all aspects of business operations processes and team competencies.
* Ensuring the highest quality of goods received, stored, and transferred internally and delivered externally to all customers.
* Communicating and liaising effectively with all business departments and across all shifts.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Proficient in Microsoft NAV or equivalent ERP system and excellent capability with MS Office, Excel.

* This role is an evening shift.
* 5 days over 7.
