About the Role:
As part of the bar team, you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience in a refined and welcoming setting. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests in accordance with the property’s luxury standards.
* Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas.
* Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously.
* Support the team during busy periods, ensuring smooth service operations.
About You:
* Previous experience as bar staff in a hospitality or luxury setting is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
