Lead Product Manager
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who will be a mentor and role model, inspiring and guiding their team. This person must have previously managed a minimum of 2-3 Product Managers.
The ideal candidate is passionate about building great products, believes in and drives best practices, and has worked with enterprise-sized customers.
This role requires the ability to work comfortably with ambiguity, using data to inform decisions and pushback when necessary.
Duties:
* Performance Management:
o Held regular one-on-one check-ins and team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
o Demonstrated a strong track record of setting measurable goals and tracking performance against key metrics.
o Provided constructive feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
o Addressed underperformance through tailored support plans and necessary corrective actions.
* Work Allocation & Project Management:
o Assigned tasks based on individual skills, experience, and workload to optimize efficiency.
o Monitored project timelines, deliverables, and overall quality to ensure successful execution.
o Identified and resolved bottlenecks by reallocating responsibilities as needed.
* Team Leadership & Motivation:
o Established clear expectations, goals, and priorities for each team member.
o Cultivated a positive and collaborative work culture to enhance engagement and productivity.
