Receptionist/Administrator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable individual to cover holiday leave as a Receptionist/Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* General administration duties, including reception tasks and support with various clerical activities
* Scheduling meetings
* Answering phone and email queries
* Carrying out general office tasks as part of the day-to-day administration in the business
This is a temporary position covering two weeks, starting on Monday 3rd March. The working hours are:
* Monday to Thursday: 8am - 5pm
* Friday: 8am - 4pm
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous relevant admin/reception experience
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* High dependability
* The ability to work independently
