We are seeking an Acting Deputy Head of Counselling to join our team. This is a specific purpose contract position.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide leadership and support to the counselling service
* To develop and implement effective strategies for student mental health and wellbeing
* To work collaboratively with colleagues across the university to promote a culture of care and support
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior counselling role
* Proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
