About the Role
As a Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your leadership will have a direct impact on team growth, training, and development, as well as Rippling's expansion across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, coach, and scale a team of account executives
* Assist your team throughout strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and mapping them to Rippling's value proposition
* Monitor sales performance, including activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment
* Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting
* Identify and recommend improvements in process efficiency and productivity
* Lead the team to achieve and exceed monthly targets
Requirements
* Fluent in English and German
* Experienced sales manager with 3-5 years of experience in tech sales
* Experience scaling business across EMEA region, with a strong background in EMEA required
* Able to accurately forecast team performance
* Motivated with a desire to learn and strong work ethic
* Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum
