Job Purpose
To be a positive role model and implement a high-quality play-based curriculum under national guidelines. This includes working with children indoors and outdoors, guiding, observing and supervising them in a safe environment.

* Develop parental involvement strategies enhancing learning experiences.
* Maintain children's welfare according to Children First guidance.
* Promote the service in the community to support its quality and sustainability.

Qualification & Experience
A minimum of FETAC Level 5 in Early Years Education is required. One year of post-qualification experience in early years education is also necessary. A strong understanding and experience in Early Childhood Education are essential.
