Assistant Vice President Corporate Accounts - Retain & Grow
About the Role:
Ecolab is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Corporate Account team in the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Switzerland & Benelux regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of Corporate Account Managers to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
* Analyze market trends and develop strategies to enhance customer relationships and increase revenue.
* Negotiate major contracts with key decision-makers at customer European/country headquarter locations.
* Collaborate with Field Sales teams, Finance leaders, and other divisions to ensure contract successes and lean resource management.
Requirements:
* 10-15 years of experience in business-to-business field sales environment and leading roles.
* Superior end-to-end sales skills with a proven track record of success in leading sales teams.
* Project management skills to facilitate success in complex contract execution.
* Enterprise presence and ability to establish credibility with customers and executives.
Location:
Located in a central city (int'l airport)
Travel:
60% travel required for customer visits and local team collaboration
Estimated Salary:
£80,000 - £110,000 per annum
