Job Summary
This Commercial Excellence Lead role is responsible for driving initiatives that enhance customer engagement and optimise commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will understand customer potential and motivations, target and segment effectively, and provide leadership on creating customer-specific content. They will design and sequence omnichannel engagement steps to tailor customer experience journeys, fostering behavior changes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a customer-centric strategy for the business to support therapeutic areas.
* Drive initiatives to understand customer potential and motivations, including targeting and segmentation.
* Lead approaches to creating customer-specific content.
* Design and sequence omnichannel engagement steps to tailor customer experience journeys.
* Optimise allocation of time and channels using Dynamic Resource Optimization (DRO).
* Harmonize core KPIs and generate closed-loop insights on customer behaviors and activities.
* Provide leadership on omnichannel approaches in Ireland.
* Lead capability-building initiatives for field force and marketing teams.
* Manage field force incentives and oversee country-level performance visualisation.
* Support launch excellence initiatives and ensure readiness and alignment with strategic goals.
* Act as Digital Governance Champion for Ireland.
* Implement, manage, train, and support business-critical processes and systems.

* Experience in omnichannel marketing and resource optimisation.
* Strong track record of managing KPIs and performance metrics.
