We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Experience & Services Operations Manager to lead and develop a global team of high performing generalists. The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience, excels at collaboration, and exhibits a growth mindset.

1. Execute global, high-quality, accurate, and efficient People & Culture services in compliance with policies and procedures and within defined service level agreements
2. Develops and manages operational initiatives with measurable outcomes
3. Simplify, standardize, optimize and scale processes in close partnership with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Business & People Partners, IT, and HR Technology
4. Establish credibility, forging strong partnerships to drive organizational change
5. Ensure effective communication of critical program and operational issues among all stakeholders
6. Drive efficiencies and continuous improvements in service delivery for a cross-functional People & Culture (P&C) team using interaction and feedback
7. Monitors and reviews procedures, guidelines, and documentation in line with current legislation and best practice
8. Ensure knowledge base readiness and maintenance to enhance employee and manager self-service
9. Manage and develop a group of regional leads based in AMR, EMEA & APJ and drive team performance with clear objectives & performance expectations aligned with organizational strategy and goals, ensuring progress is celebrated
10. Participate in ad hoc projects, user testing, and data validation for system enhancements
Key Qualifications:

12. Strong understanding of P&C policies, procedures, and best practices

16. Proven track record of driving efficiencies and continuous improvements in P&C processes
17. Takes initiative
18. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
19. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
20. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
21. 5+ years of experience in HR leadership and team management
