Job Description
The Team Lead is responsible for the daily operation and productivity of the assigned team and project.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of successful Sales Consultants, provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback, delegate tasks effectively, foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, oversee productivity and workflow of assigned team.
* Set clear expectations, assign written targets, complete monthly and quarterly check-ins, complete pipeline overviews & providing forecasts.
* Maintain open and effective channels of communication with the client to ensure that our client is meeting objectives and delivering value through our project performance and relationship management; communicate client updates and/or requests to the team in a timely manner.
* Create reports that track project performance against goals, present reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Expert level of spoken and written German language skills required.
* Fluency in English language written and spoken is required.
* Minimum of 1 year experience successfully leading a team.
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a sales / negotiation / B2B phone sales is desired, but not required.
* Must be comfortable placing outbound calls.
