Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the Acquisition process including site identification, appraisal, negotiation, and procurement of statutory approvals.
* Conduct strategic planning, market analysis, development plan reviews, and return on investment appraisals.
* Project manage various stakeholders, including Design teams, Solicitors, Agents, Council officials, and Landowners.
Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Property role with a proven track record.
* Experience in Project Management is advantageous.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong administration, organizational, documentation, and analytical skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under strict timescales.
