Online Sales Administrator

Chemco Pharmacy are now recruiting for a full time position Online Sales Administrator to join our growing purchasing/logistics team. The successful candidate will report to our Merchandising and Support Manager and join a team in our Purchasing Department. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse operation with a strong focus on online sales. Warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential. Chemco Pharmacy will provide training to the right candidate.
This is a full time position 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. The successful candidate will work as part of the purchasing team picking orders to meet customer orders and as directed by your Manager.
2. You will be responsible for ensuring all online orders are picked and dispatched to meet customer daily orders, maintaining high quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.
3. Perform labelling, sorting, wrapping, packing as required.
4. Maintain the facility to provide a clean and safe work environment.
5. Act as a point of contact for customer service.
6. Ensures the completion, accuracy, and delivery of transactions of customers.
7. Conduct routine and ad-hoc quality checks. Document and record checks on system.
8. Maintain product and process integrity as per SOP.
9. Provide the highest level of standards of customer service and to act in a professional manner at all times.
10. Understand and implement all company policies and processes and Health and Safety standards.
11. Meet the company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, quality, leadership, and customer service.
12. Other ad hoc duties as required.

Please note that this role will require a significant amount of manual handling.
