Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest queries efficiently.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records and update the booking system as required.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
Comply with health, safety, and security procedures.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Assistant, preferably in a hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems (training can be provided).
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Full eligibility to work in Ireland (valid work permit, if required).
