Job Specification Title: Bookkeeper Part Time Position
A reputable company based in South Dublin is seeking an experienced and skilled Bookkeeper to join their Finance team on a part-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
* Receipt of invoices and accurate entry into QuickBooks and Xero accounting software.
* Preparation of VAT returns and AML information as required.
* Collaboration with the CFO to prepare financial statements and RCT returns.
* Creation of monthly management accounts and general finance administration tasks.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bookkeeping with expertise in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks and Xero.
* Familiarity with VAT returns and RCT returns.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
