**Job Title:** Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead our building division on a large-scale project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery of the project, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring that the client's requirements are met while maintaining the highest safety, quality, and environmental standards.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Overall responsibility for the management of one of our large-scale sites reporting directly to the Construction Director.* Managing a large staff and ensuring that the client's requirements are met while maintaining the highest safety, quality, and environmental standards.* Providing leadership to the project construction team to ensure works are carried out to the required quality, health & safety, and environmental standards.* Management of the project budget and contract administration in conjunction with the project quantity surveyor.* Programme management and adjustment of programmes as required to facilitate any changes.* Liaison with planning/development team to ensure project value-engineered during the pre-construction stage.
**Requirements:*** Degree/Honors Diploma qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management.* A minimum of 10 years' experience working on large-scale complex projects with multiple phased handovers.* Previous experience delivering a large-scale project in a tight time frame and on a live site/campus.* Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
