Senior Executive Assistant, Student Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub
Fixed Term whole-time post (12 months)
UCC wishes to appoint to the role of Senior Executive Assistant within the Student Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub. Reporting to the Head of Student Counselling and Development, the post holder will contribute to the development of administrative systems within both services within the SMH&W Hub to enable high quality service delivery. They will represent the Hub services at first contact, managing the process of reception and administrative services and ensuring that all service users receive professional and sensitive front-line help and information.

Appointment may be made on the Senior Executive Assistant Salary Scale: €38,432 - €53,500 (Scale B) / €37,272 - €51,039 (Scale A). Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.

Shortlisted applicants may be required to complete Ability Testing (and obtain the required standard) before being invited to interview. Applicants appointed to UCC via the executive assistant Panel will not have to complete the Ability Testing. Applicants will be advised of the date of the Ability Tests following shortlisting.
