We are looking for skilled technicians with experience in vehicle servicing and diagnostics who can deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, following dealership and Volkswagen standards.
Coordinate with the parts department to source required parts and update the workshop manager on delays or special orders.
Identify and diagnose vehicle issues, carrying out repairs upon receiving approval from Service Advisors.
Properly store and label parts for warranty claims or customer requests.
Conduct vehicle health checks to identify any additional maintenance or safety concerns.
Immediately report to Service Advisors if extra work is required, the job is unnecessary, or repairs cannot be completed on time.
Perform road tests to verify completed repairs.
Stay updated on Volkswagen technical bulletins and participate in manufacturer training programs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements: Recently qualified technician who has completed an apprenticeship.
Ability to complete job cards accurately and meet factory standards for warranty documentation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain additional work needed to Service Advisors or customers.
Experience using Autoview systems is an advantage.
