A role has become available to provide maternity leave cover in the CEO Office for a period of 12 months.
This role will be an opportunity to assist the CEO and members of the Executive Committee and learn from the CEO Business Manager whilst also having ownership of several tasks. The successful applicant will work alongside the CEO Business Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the CEO Office.
Key Responsibilities
Provision of diary management support to the CEO & members of Executive Committee (‘ExCo’)
1. Diary management.
2. Organisation of meetings.
3. Review and action incoming email, telephone calls and mail.
4. General administrative support.
Assist with the effective operation of the CEO Office and the Executive Committee
1. Assist the CEO BM with monitoring compliance.
2. Represent the CEO Office in a professional manner throughout the business, the Group and externally.
3. Management of all domestic and international travel for CEO, including costs, approvals and ownership along with CEO expenses reconciliation.
Assist with communication activity from the CEO Office to management and staff.
1. Circulate communications which have been prepared by CEO, CEO BM and others.
2. Assist CEO BM with preparation of staff town hall events.
3. Work with the CEO and CEO BM to provide input to, and continually develop, company internal communications.
Organisation of Executive Committee meetings
1. Organise monthly ExCo meetings and weekly roundtables.
2. Collate and issue papers.
3. Prepare and circulate meeting minutes and actions with assistance from CEO BM.
Other Related Duties
1. Provide cover for the CEO BM when needed.
2. Perform other job related roles and duties as and when required by the CEO and CEO BM.
3. Flexibility on work hours e.g., to start early/work late during demanding periods, and travelling between the Navan and Dublin office on an ad-hoc basis.
