ABOUT THE ROLE: Manage day-to-day credit and collection activities.
Proactively address customer queries, collaborating effectively with the Sales team and other departments.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and allocation of all customer payments.
Enhance credit control practices by cultivating strong relationships with customers.
Accounts Payable invoice processing and account reconciliation.
Banking & treasury Intercompany transaction.
Assist with month-end closing.
Preparation and posting of Sales invoices monthly.
Generating Customer invoices and account statements.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
Managing overdue payments ABOUT THE PERSON: Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Credit Control/Accounts Assistant position within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in computerised accounting packages, preferably SAGE.
Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently and effectively.
