This premium venue in Co Limerick is currently seeking a Development & Fundraising Manager to increase the venues income through a focus on venue sales, private donations and public funding. Key responsibilities: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners and funders, while also identifying and securing new partnerships and relationships with corporate, high-net-worth individuals, trusts and foundations. Be responsible for planning developing, organising, and directing partnership and donor engagement activities. Play a significant role in developing and delivering company strategy, contributing to the ongoing strategic development of the organisation. Be responsible for helping broaden the organisations reach, increasing audiences and sourcing funding to support its work. Increase and diversify funding streams across a varied portfolio of programmes. Identify and secure new grant funding opportunities. In association with the Director develop, implement, monitor and evaluate all Development activities. The ideal candidate: Minimum of three years relevant work experience in Business Development / Sales / Fundraising, ideally in a hospitality environment. Third level qualification. Proven ability to manage budgets, develop accounts and foster new business. Confident, outgoing sales approach with excellent client relationship skills. Highly organised self-starter who can work on own initiative and manage own schedule. Own transport and full driving license required for frequent work travel.
