The Programme
Our unique programmes offer you the chance to rotate through a number of key business areas in your chosen programme, receive continued mentorship from our senior leadership team, and participate in trips around the network to better understand Ryanair and its operations.
Key Areas:
* Legal: EU261 Passenger rights legislation, managing down the cost of claims
* Operations: Contact centre Vendor Management, Customer Journey Mapping and process improvement initiatives, Voice of the customer programme and CSAT performance improvement
* Digital Development: Defining self-service functionality, automating workflow, driving efficient processes, business analysis, and building functional requirements specification
* Overseas Operation in Madrid: Understanding the role of the legal team in managing claims and costs for the business
Requirements
To be eligible, you must have:
* A minimum of 2.1 degree or above (or on track to achieve it)
* Graduated/finished university no earlier than 2023
* The unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely throughout the network
* Strong analytical ability, organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a pressurised environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, PC skills, and a good sense of humour

Salary:
€45,000 - €55,000 per annum
