In this role, you will be coordinating the credit control function in your practice area and working closely with the finance team.
The Role:
* Communicating with clients in a proactive and professional manner
* Responding to internal and external queries
* Reviewing debtors with relevant stakeholders and dealing with follow-up actions
* Identifying possible issues or concerns that may impede payment
* Producing monthly and weekly reporting
* Assisting with the processing of bills as required
* Other ad hoc duties and project work as required
The Candidate:
* You have 2+ years of experience in a Credit Control environment
* You display an innate flair for detail and accuracy
* You have a high level of proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular Excel
* You are an interactive team player with a sense of urgency
* You can accurately provide and analyze reports
* You are flexible and able to prioritize competing demands
* You have strong organizational and communication skills
* You have the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
