We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic and well-respected practice in Tralee. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload and provide exceptional legal representation to clients. Reporting to the partners of practice, you will represent clients in handling cases from initial advice through to court proceedings if necessary. You will manage case preparation, conduct legal research, draft documents, and negotiate settlements. This is a permanent position, based in Tralee, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload including civil, commercial, and personal injury litigation.
* Advise clients on legal rights and strategies, preparing cases from inception to resolution.
* Represent clients in court and liaise with barristers, experts, and other stakeholders.
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Conduct research to support cases, staying informed on relevant legal updates and changes.
* Maintain client confidentiality, building strong client relationships through clear communication.
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ litigation experience.
* Strong advocacy and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail.
