This exciting role will see the successful candidate building, owning, and growing a brand new partnership programme as a part of EdgeTier's overall growth and sales strategy. This role will operate on a hybrid basis and is based out of our head office in Dublin city centre. About the RoleAs the new Senior Partnerships Manager at EdgeTier, it will be your responsibility to build EdgeTier's partnership programme from scratch. No two days within this role are likely to be the same as you lead initiatives to identify, recruit, and enable high-performing channel partners.While you will be the sole individual responsible for driving sales through partnerships, you will work closely with cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal in scaling EdgeTier's distribution channels and enhancing market presence with a focus on long-term and sustainable growth. Build and maintain relationships with sales channel partners. Develop partner resources, collateral, and enablement tools to optimise performance. Collaborate with sales, marketing, tech, and product teams to align strategies and messaging. Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes. Ensure compliance in partner agreements and maintain accurate reporting. How Your Time Will Be Spent:Partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement with quick win partners in current network: 40%Sales driven program material development: 30%Collaboration with internal teams to align and execute initiatives: 20%Reporting and administrative tasks: 10%Who You AreYou're a Senior Partnership Manager with previous success delivering sales results through a partner program. You are hands on with your work while also being a strong relationship builder capable of quickly building credibility with senior leaders and C-Suite executives. You'll Need:7+ years experience in sales channel partnerships or sales within a SaaS environment.Proven success in driving revenue growth through sales channel partnerships.Experience in partner management and sales support.A strong background in scaling enterprise software sales through partnerships.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.Nice-to-Have:Previous experience working with contact centres.Knowledge and experience working with CX platform providers, eg Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or a related industry is highly desirable.The Ideal Candidate:You're eager to be hands on in building a new process within a start up environment.
