About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to partner with our customers and deliver a fantastic employee experience, driving business adoption of Workvivo throughout the post-launch journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with customers and drive business adoption of Workvivo.
2. Become a subject matter expert on employee engagement & internal communications.
3. Owning agendas for weekly/biweekly calls and recording cadence via the CRM system.
4. Deliver Executive Business Reviews to key customer stakeholders.
5. Understand desired customer business outcomes and develop key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Translate customer feedback into product direction and strategy as 'voice of the customer'.

Requirements:
1. Strong communications skills in English, as well as one additional language, either French or Spanish.
2. Able to think laterally and strategically, always looking for continuous improvement.
3. Excellent competency in Customer Success techniques and approaches.
4. Able to identify and promote business benefits to clients with consultancy skills.
5. 4+ years of Customer Success experience.
