About the Team Leader:
MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for a Team Leader with our team in our Dublin HQ.
As the Team Leader for Google Chrome, you will lead, coach, and scale a high-caliber EMEA BDR team focused on driving enterprise adoption of ChromeOS, an operating system for the new age of working.
We are looking for a proactive leader who can drive the right sales culture in the team, understand where people need support and enable them in their role.
You will be responsible for the support and development of the team requiring excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset in order to identify areas of improvement.
Experience with BDR outbound motions in the tech/SAAS space will be essential and/or a proven track record in business development.
Location:
Hybrid, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in office)
What will you do? Manage, coach, and mentor a team of strategic BDRs to exceed targets and KPIs, aligned with client and MarketStar expectations.
Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting, stakeholder mapping, and campaign building initiatives tailored to ChromeOS enterprise use cases.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new systems, structures, and processes.
Provide hands-on sales enablement and coaching to ensure rigorous qualification standards are met.
Foster a culture of strategic thinking, teamwork, and outstanding performance.
Deliver strong thought leadership within the wider sales organization.
Maintain a deep understanding of ChromeOS offerings to effectively enable the team across diverse EMEA territories.
Own day-to-day operational management, in close partnership with client contacts.
Ensure adherence to team goals and client-defined objectives.
Manage performance discipline, employee scheduling, attendance and performance evaluations.
What you need to succeed? Fluent in English2+ years of experience in managing or coaching sales reps across the technology sector.
Personal experience managing a BDR motion or developing new business through prospecting in the SaaS or technology space.
You thrive in a high-energy environment and can be proactive in solving problems for the team and cross functionally.
Excellent presentation and listening skills.
Strong verbal, digital and written communication skills.
Ability to contribute in building new processes and systems.
You have the ability to streamline and develop workflows to increase the team's effectiveness.
Customer oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive standards of excellence.
Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce and relevant computer software and hardware.
