The Production Planning Supervisor has responsibility for production planning, manufacturing schedules, and order management within the organization to meet production goals and customer requirements.

Across all production lines, planners, all types of products, assemblies, and sub-assemblies to meet required deadlines
All Thermal manufacturing operations, focusing on the improvement and development of all Thermal planning processes
Manages the production planning department using standard planning tools such as MPS and S&OP.
Coordinates planning activities and sets priorities based on discussions with the relevant production department and the OPC department.
Oversees the planning process.
Ensures data completeness and accuracy in the system.
Coordinates the shipment of goods/materials to internal and external customers.
Ensures the implementation and setup of new products.
Organizes collaboration between the production planning department, materials planning department, external subcontractors, and production.
Sets goals aimed at continuous improvement.
Manages the production planning team, ensures their professional development, and evaluates their performance.
Qualifications:
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in high-volume production planning
Project management
Analytical skills
Experience with MRP systems
MS Office, advanced Excel
