With over 400 employees at their headquarters and a well-established legal team, they are seeking a talented and drivenCommercial Legal Counselto join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Head of Legal on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the continued success of the company. Our client is considering two profiles: Solicitor/Legal Counsel o Up to 3 years post-qualification experience o Eager to transition to an in-house role o Available to work full-time (5 days per week) Experienced Commercial Counsel: o Proven experience in a commercial law role o Seeking a part-time opportunity o Available to work 4 days per week About the Role We are keen to talk to candidates with strong commercial contracts experience. This role will involve: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to: o Customer contracts (e.g., service agreements, licenses, distribution agreements) o Supplier contracts (e.g., procurement agreements, IT agreements) o Construction contracts (experience a nice to have, but not essential) o M&A related agreements Providing legal advice and support to internal stakeholders across various departments. Conducting legal research and analysis on relevant legal and regulatory issues. Contributing to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
