They are seeking ambitious, motivated candidates who are looking to pursue a successful career in software sales.
This company has an incredible marketing department which results in a large number of inbound leads, which are then passed to the SDR team to qualify.
Responsibilities:
* As an SDR, your role involves identifying and generating new qualified sales prospects from inbound leads on behalf of Account Executives.
* Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts to generate sales-ready leads and opportunities.
* Engage and nurture potential clients through phone calls, LinkedIn, and email communication.
* Consistently meet daily outbound outreach quotas.
* Become an expert in the company’s product offering.
Requirements:
* Sales experience within a fast paced setting.
* Capable of thriving in a dynamic, high-energy sales team environment.
* Strong, positive phone communication, exceptional listening abilities, and excellent writing skills.
Details:
* €30,000 base + €17,500 OTE uncapped with earning accelerators after targets have been hit.
