Part Time HR Generalist
We currently have an open position for a Part Time HR Generalist to contribute to the success of Castleoaks Park Hotel.
The Role:
To manage Human Resources across Castleoaks Park Hotel, ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry best practices.
About Us:
The Castle Oaks House Hotel and Estate is a stunning Georgian House built in the late eighteenth century. Located in the picturesque village of Castleconnell, just 5 minutes from the M7 motorway, our Georgian House is set in 26 acres of beautiful mature gardens & woodlands that lead down to the banks of the River Shannon.
Our Accommodation:
The Hotel boasts a combination of 20 Bedrooms in the Georgian House, 20 Courtyard Suites and a newly renovated leisure centre.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
2. Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
3. Providing orientation and necessary training to new employees.
4. Implementing and enforcing HR policies to ensure compliance with legal and organisational standards.
5. Keeping abreast of employment laws and regulations to make necessary updates to policies.
7. Collaborating with managers to establish and monitor employee performance goals.
8. Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
9. Identifying training needs within the organization and coordinating relevant programs.
10. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
11. Generating HR reports and analytics as needed.
12. Addressing workplace conflicts and mediating resolutions when necessary.
13. Promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
14. Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
15. Handling documentation related to disciplinary actions or terminations in compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
* HR Qualification preferable.
* CIPD Qualified preferable.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
* Prior HR generalist experience is essential.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in written communication skills such as report writing.
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
* Excellent IT and administration skills.
* Self-starter / Self-motivated.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a high level of attention to detail.
* Driver's License.
