Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee internal support functions, including finance, HR, ICT, facilities, health and safety, governance, procurement, and performance management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Budget management and revenue growth
* Cost control and daily operations
* Improving service delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money across support functions
* Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
* Ensuring compliance with governance processes, tendering, procurement, and risk management
* Providing strategic leadership and line management for senior staff in corporate support functions
Requirements
* A third-level qualification in a corporate service-related discipline
* Experience at a senior management level within finance and corporate services
* Sound working knowledge of Treasury guidelines
* Understanding of accountability and corporate services requirements
* Experience in strategic planning, risk, and oversight of implementing audit recommendations
