Job Title: Group Marketing Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing the company's marketing strategy. This includes collaborating with the Sales Director and team, planning and overseeing advertising campaigns, and managing email marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth.
* Collaborate with the Sales Director and team to stay informed about market trends and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
* Plan and oversee advertising campaigns, monitor their performance, analyse results, and suggest improvements.
* Manage email marketing efforts, including database management and weekly e-shot distribution via platforms like Mailchimp.
* Oversee CRM systems, ensuring accurate data management and generating activity reports.
* Work with third-party agencies on PPC campaigns and supervise website development projects.
* Manage social media platforms and website content across all brands, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
* Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance search rankings and boost organic traffic.
* Organise and manage trade shows and promotional events to enhance the company's presence.
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
* Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
* Attention to detail is paramount.
* Excellent leadership, organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent presentation skills, possessing creative flair and a positive attitude.
* In-depth understanding of digital and social marketing best practices.
* At least 5 years' marketing experience at a senior level and a relevant degree in Marketing or similar.
* Full valid driving licence to travel between depots and attend events.
