Job Description:
Who will you be working for?
You will be working for a progressive and technologically advanced organisation, primarily based out of their Dublin city centre office, with a requirement to be on-site 2 days per week.
What will you be working on?
You will be an integral part of a team working on a critical EU regulation coming into play towards the end of January 2025, which addresses ICT-related incidents. You will work within the Governance & Risk workstream, ensuring appropriate frameworks are in place for this EU Regulation and understanding the implications on existing documentation. Key functions include policy writing, risk frameworks, control definitions, and updates.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates with a background in audit/risk management, ideally in the IT sector, who are well-versed in information security governance, risk, control assessment, and compliance. Strong experience in reviewing, adjusting, and publishing formal documentation is essential. Candidates should understand the implications of the incoming Regulation and how it may affect existing documentation, with strong communication and negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
What you'll get in return:
An initial 6-month contract with a strong scope for extension, hybrid working opportunities (2 days on-site per week), and competitive daily rates. You will have the opportunity to work for a worldwide organisation that excels in its field, as part of a globally dispersed team.
