Responsibilities of the Collections Analyst Job:
* Comprehend multiple go-to market models supporting Digital Marketing solution offerings
* Use complex systems and processes to lead enterprise deal pipeline, contracts, provisioning and record revenue
* Interpret and validate enterprise deals to ensure accurate recording of revenue
* Proactively review sales pipeline and corresponding deal information to anticipate potential booking issues or negative customer experience impact
* Conduct weekly reconciliations and other oversight activity to ensure accurate revenue booking/recording
* Engage with various business partners by resolving issues related to the Order Management process
* Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal departments, Enterprise Customers, and Partners
Requirements of the Collections Analyst Job:
* Outstanding numeracy skills including intermediate or better familiarity with Microsoft Excel
* Proficiency with information management tools such as SAP (ECC, CC), Salesforce, SharePoint
* Demonstrable critical thinking ability to analyse complex deal issues
* Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented communication skills
* Experience demonstrating excellent time management and prioritisation skills based on changing priorities
* Fluency in business German, French, or Japanese is highly desirable
