Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the pre-opening process, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure all timelines are met.
* Implement required software and management solutions for effective hotel management.
* Oversee the setup of operational departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
* Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
Post-Opening Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
* Use booking and management tools to interpret business analytics and improve performance.
