Job Title: Project Manager – Pharmaceutical (12-Month Contract)
Location: On-site (5 days per week)-Kildare (Ireland)
Duration: 12 months

Overview:
* Independent Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a potential long-term assignment with one of our pharmaceutical clients.
* This is an on-site role focused on the construction of a new suite and associated equipment installation.
* An immediate start is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a capital project, ensuring it stays within schedule and budget parameters.
* Oversee construction activities and coordinate equipment installation with internal teams and external contractors.
* Manage project documentation, stakeholder communications, and progress reporting.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards throughout project execution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, validation, and QA.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years’ project management experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
* Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and change controls effectively.
* Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
* Experience on a Pharmaceutical manufacuring site is highly desirable.
* Engineering or science-related degree preferred.
Working Arrangements:
* This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday). Remote or hybrid work is not available due to the nature of the project.
