Development Manager
North Dublin Citizens Information Service (NDCIS) is seeking a Full Time Development Manager for its City Centre Offices.
The successful candidate will lead, manage, train, and develop a team of paid staff and volunteers to achieve the organisation's goals and objectives aligned to the strategic plan through quality control systems.
This role involves engagement and promotion of service development projects at local and regional levels in conjunction with the Regional Manager. The Development Manager must also ensure compliance with best practices in facilities and resource management.
This is a full-time permanent position requiring excellent management, communication, leadership, guidance, mentoring, and administrative skills.
Candidates should have a third-level qualification relevant to the post with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role in a similar environment. Less formal qualifications may be considered if candidates can demonstrate significant managerial experience.
* This is a full-time permanent position, subject to completion of a probationary period.
* Salary Scale: €47,698 - €62,632 per annum, pro rata for part-time work.
* Annual Leave Entitlement: 25-27 days after 5 years' continuous service.
* Pension: A company pension scheme is in place with employee and employer contributions.
* Incremental Credit: New entrants may be eligible for incremental credit based on employment history and competencies.
