Your responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Broad range of administrative duties such as:
1. Drafting letters and reports;
2. Assisting with the firm’s AML policies and due diligence processes;
3. Administration support for senior colleagues with specific reporting deadlines;
4. Reception cover;
5. Liaising with different suppliers and clients;
6. Supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to the firm and taking on ad hoc projects & tasks as and when required depending on the needs of the business.

2. Ability to work on own initiative
