Due to our continued growth and success, we now have an opportunity for a hardworking Senior Business Development Manager to grow revenue amongst a core client base and to win new Estate Agent business for our Property Sales Team.
The successful candidate will have in-person meetings with Agents throughout the counties of Cork and Kerry. You must be in possession of a valid Driving Licence and your own motor vehicle.
What will I be doing
As a Senior Business Development Manager you will:
1. Act as a trusted advisor, connecting your property clients to hundreds of thousands of visitors every year.
2. Educate and sell a range of advertising solutions to your client base of estate agents, promoting and building our multifaceted and growing advertising solutions.
3. Build and develop new and existing deep relationships with key decision makers to increase and expand on revenue opportunities.
4. Contribute to the strategy and business development team to set a foundation for the future growth of the company.
5. Build new relationships to earn a seat at the table within the property community, acting as a spokesperson to represent the company.
6. Be skilled at value-based selling, clearly communicating to your book of agents the value & strength of our number one position measured by demand, content, lead and transaction share.
7. Identify sales opportunities in both our existing client portfolio and through active prospecting, creating reliable forecasts and leading both short and long sales cycles.
8. Meet and surpass all sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
9. Act as the lead point of contact for all matters related to your designated accounts in the Munster region.
10. Listen to the needs of customers and the market, sharing insights with management, product and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
11. Become an expert in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a bonus), effectively managing your pipeline and diligently leading your prospects and customer database.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of online or B2B sales experience.
Excellent relationship skills and a proactive approach to managing accounts.
Experience utilising tools like Salesforce and Tableau is advantageous.
Demonstrated experience using data-driven insights to manage difficult pricing conversations with customers.
A strong sales ability with a consistent track record of hitting targets.
You should love a challenge, working in target-driven environments, and succeeding as part of a team.
Someone who is comfortable speaking to C-Level customers on the phone or at face-to-face meetings.
A talent for developing positive relationships and able to work across many different parts of the organisation to get things done.
Excellent communication skills along with the ability to collaborate with varied functions.
Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative.
A natural competitor and not afraid to fail fast. You understand the importance of being part of a team, working hard, having fun while doing it and not afraid of learning new things.
